Responsibilities
Assemble, integrate, and test instruments within the production environment
Perform functional and release testing on assigned instruments
Analyze test data to determine pass/fail results and recommend corrective actions
Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, or system-related issues
Identify defects and escalate quality or performance concerns
Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and workmanship standards
Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
Train and support associates on testing and assembly procedures as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with GMP, safety, and quality policies
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualification
Required
Ability to test and support moderately complex instruments
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience reading technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with mechanical tools (torque drivers, gauges, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows environments
High School Diploma or GED with 3.5+ years of manufacturing experience
