Responsibilities
Partner with leaders on strategic staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
Coach leaders through performance management, employee relations, and complex employee issues
Lead HR initiatives, investigations, and compliance efforts that strengthen culture and trust
Understand, navigate, and apply Company policies and the terms of a Collective Bargaining Agreement
Qualification
Required
Experience as an HR generalist or business partner supporting leaders and employees
Strong judgment, communication skills, and confidence handling sensitive situations
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
