Responsibilities
Monitor security operations center activities
Answer SOC hotline and interface with ITCC
Accept and triage tickets to determine call-out needs
Monitor cameras for suspicious activities
Track new 8K SEC filings from partner companies
Document and manage incoming alerts
Collaborate with team for process improvements
Ensure compliance with security protocols
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple systems and alerts
Effective communication skills for team collaboration
Basic understanding of security operations
Preferred
Experience in a SOC or similar environment
Familiarity with Splunk or similar monitoring tools
Knowledge of security protocols and processes
