Executive Operations Manager
Marquis Association Management is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Master Association. This role involves providing strategic leadership, managing operational policies, and collaborating with department heads to enhance organizational productivity.

Responsibilities
Work with the Managing Director and Property Manager to develop and implement organizational strategies, goals, and objectives
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve operational performance
Drive initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and consistency
Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet the Master Association’s objectives
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and residential standards
Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and their teams
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance
Support recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize workflows
Leverage technology and data analytics to streamline operations and improve reporting
Oversee quality assurance programs to maintain service excellence
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners
Represent the organization in negotiations, strategic partnerships, and high-level meetings
Communicate operational updates and performance results to executives and board members
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably at the executive level or higher
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasting
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
English
