Responsibilities
Support the Global Marketing, Global Product Management and Strat teams on annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and actual reporting of the Operating expenses and drive productivity
Partner with the Product Management team to help analyze data enabling introduction of new products in the market; follow up with the data on actual performance vs plan
Partner with the businesses to drive the 5 Year & 10 year Strat Plan process
Coach the business & key finance stakeholders and improve finance processes
Ensure policy compliance (internal policies, external reporting)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or similar field with 9+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 7+ years experience OR Doctoral Degree in field with 4+ years experience
Expertise in finance and accounting with increasing levels of responsibility and emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial analysis and modeling
Proven results on continuous improvements & change management
Ability to work in a team and an analytical working style
Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, OneStream)
Preferred
CMA or CPA a plus
Diagnostic / Medical Device industry preferable
