Required

3+ years in engineering, DevOps, platform ops, or IT support

GitHub, Git workflows, REST APIs, and DevOps tools exposure
Administer, configure, and support AI developer tools and vendor rollouts
Build automation for reporting, metrics, and platform operations
Monitor usage, adoption, and performance metrics
Support documentation, onboarding, and enterprise adoption
Strong communication and collaboration with developer teams

Preferred

Familiarity with cloud, containers, dashboards, or CI/CD tools is a plus
