Responsibilities
Work closely with seasoned Project Managers as they develop and manage a range of print and digital materials, and brand budgets
Develop an understanding of the financial oversight of projects, as well as timelines and resource forecasting
Gain exposure to a range of projects, therapeutic areas, clients, and the behind-the-scenes decisions that influence careers and business growth
Shadow the project management team throughout the lifecycle of a project and get an up-close view of how a campaign comes to life
Collaborate with fellow interns on a comprehensive, final project to feature in your professional portfolio
Qualification
Required
An expected 2026 graduate, or a rising senior (graduating 2027)
You are a dependable, self-motivated professional who thrives in a hybrid schedule, with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and required on-site presence in our Chicago office Tuesdays through Thursdays
Curious about agency life, structure, culture, and project management processes and responsibilities
Obsessed with the nitty gritty details, time-management, organization, and eager to learn new skills
