Customer Success Manager
Clearing is transforming accounting and financial management for Short-Term Rental property managers. As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure customer success by leveraging your expertise in accounting and SaaS tools, helping clients navigate the platform and optimize their financial operations.

Responsibilities
Lead proactive customer engagement campaigns to educate and empower users
Resolve customer inquiries related to financial workflows, reporting, and platform use
Maintain and expand Clearing’s knowledge base, focusing on financial and accounting best practices
Manage the support inquiries of our clients to ensure customers maximize Clearing’s features
Track and improve customer satisfaction using metrics like NPS and retention rates
Collaborate with the implementation team to support seamless transitions for new clients
Qualification
Required
Strong financial and accounting expertise: Understanding of bookkeeping, trust accounting, and financial management
Short-Term Rental (STR) or property management experience: Familiarity with the unique challenges in STR or real estate industries
SaaS experience: Hands-on knowledge of supporting customers within a software platform
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and relationships with customers
Highly tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Salesforce, Intercom, and knowledge documentation platforms
Entrepreneurial mindset: You thrive in a startup environment where processes are evolving
Preferred
Experience with trust accounting principles in STR or property management
Background in onboarding or supporting SaaS products for financial operations
Familiarity with STR platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com
