LIFE SCIENCES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES LEAD
Value Analytics Labs is a health economics and outcomes research firm that supports life sciences organizations. They are seeking a Sales Lead to own the commercial motion for their SaaS product, ValueGen.AI, by managing the entire sales cycle and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
Sell ValueGen.AI (SaaS product)
Own the full sales cycle: positioning, discovery, demos, pilots/POCs, procurement, close, renewals/expansion
Collaborate on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, packaging, and pricing
Gather customer feedback to inform roadmap and improve conversion
Develop partner/referral channels
Grow HEOR consulting revenue (projects)
Identify, prospect, and open new client relationships
Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities
Shape scope and commercial terms; lead proposal development and pricing discussions
Close consulting projects
Build and manage a repeatable pipeline process
Qualification
Required
3–8+ years in business development / sales in life sciences, HEOR, market access, RWE, health analytics, or adjacent consulting/services
Demonstrated success selling consulting engagements and/or B2B SaaS
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and run structured discovery
Strong written communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter mindset
Preferred
Existing network across HEOR/market access leaders
Experience selling into enterprise procurement and navigating compliance/security reviews
Familiarity with HEOR deliverables and buyer pain points
