Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements and maintain accurate property-level accounting records
Manage general ledger activity, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
Review rent rolls, tenant ledgers, and lease abstracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
Oversee CAM reconciliations, billings, and daily AP/AR functions
Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and audit/tax requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
4–7+ years of commercial property accounting experience
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
