The Boeing Company is seeking a Flight Ops Multifam Manager in Berkeley, Missouri. This role will manage non-represented Maintenance Analysts in support of various testing and maintenance operations, ensuring safety and quality while overseeing regulatory compliance and aircraft fleet modifications.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, business partners, peers, and direct reports

Develop and execute project and process plans

Implement policies and procedures and set operational goals

Acquire resources for projects and processes

Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements

Manage, develop, and motivate employees

Responsibility for the safety and quality of the team’s work, including hazard mitigation, corrective action, and BPSM/RCCA participation

Oversee Regulatory Compliance and Sustainment programs

Manage aircraft fleet modifications

Coach, mentor, and develop team members

Manage costs and budgetary goals, ensuring performance aligns with plans while proactively identifying risks and opportunities

Manage the continued airworthiness of Experimental aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Engineering, Aviation, Aviation Safety or related field

FAA Airframe and Powerplant license

Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Preferred

Test and Evaluation experience

Current Federal Aviation Administration Inspection Authorization

Experience in Business Aviation Flight and Aircraft Maintenance operations

Experience in FAA Part 145 Repair Station vendor coordination and oversight

Experience in experimental aircraft modification design and implementation

Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)

3+ years of experience with Lean+ and/or Lean 5S

Experience with BPSM/RCCA processes

Experience leading a team for process improvements

Knowledge of Boeing's organizational processes, program plans, and policies

Experience working with business partners for integrated schedules, work instructions and planning, estimating, and cost analyses
