Partner closely with regional teams, helping each facility thrive while maintaining high standards of care and compliance
Be a trusted mentor, problem-solver, and champion for quality—supporting administrators, developing future leaders, and driving positive outcomes across the region
Qualification
Required
Active Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA)
Proven regional or multi-site leadership experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF)
Interest in the Indianapolis area with the ability to effectively support multiple campuses
A strong history of survey success, census growth, and team development
