Membership Intern
The KINN is a membership network empowering conscious entrepreneurs to solve meaningful challenges. The Membership Intern will support member experience and daily operations, focusing on hospitality, community engagement, and event support.
Responsibilities
Build connections with members and assist in creating an engaging, welcoming atmosphere
Facilitate introductions and support onboarding of new members
Assist with surveys, check-ins and tracking engagement touch points
Conduct tours for prospective members and guests, sharing The KINN’s story, mission and offerings
Support onboarding sessions and orientations for new members
Represent The KINN with warmth, professionalism and authenticity
Assist with event setup, check-in, coordination and breakdown
Support run-of-show activities, such as speaker introductions and transitions
Send invitations and reminders for upcoming events and programs
Help maintain the member portal, community discussion board and event listings
Contribute ideas for improving member engagement and event turnout
Maintain readiness and organization of the space
Assist with hospitality — greeting guests, coordinating vendors and supporting F&B service
Qualification
Required
Friendly, proactive and confident engaging with people
Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented with a 'can-do' mindset
Flexible and reliable — able to work occasional evenings or weekends
Comfortable using digital tools and event platforms (A/V or social media experience a plus)
Passionate about entrepreneurship, impact, and community building
