Responsibilities
Support production by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions
Assist in developing and refining manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling
Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and 3D prints of tools and prototypes
Create and Update manufacturing process drawings and documentation
Assist with the identification, procurement, installation and use of production equipment
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from product testing and examination
Manage assigned projects to schedule
Comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Passionate about process improvement and hands-on problem solving in a production environment
Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Experience in developing and refining manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling
Proficiency in creating 3D models, 2D drawings, and 3D prints of tools and prototypes
Ability to create and update manufacturing process drawings and documentation
Experience with the identification, procurement, installation and use of production equipment
Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from product testing and examination
Project management skills to manage assigned projects to schedule
Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
