Responsibilities
Establish sending rules, timing strategies, and customer segmentation
Monthly performance tracking (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates)
Optimization based on data analysis
Manage and execute campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM platforms
Generate monthly performance reports for internal evaluation
Continuous optimization based on ROI analysis
Create marketing materials and ensure proper implementation
Develop social media strategies tailored to local markets
Execute localized market operations and community management
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product or new feature launches
Write clear and persuasive product messaging that fits our English and Chinese customers
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product and sales
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to find new opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
2+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing
Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through data-driven campaigns
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and product positioning
Hands-on experience in lead nurturing, conversion strategies, and marketing automation to optimize the customer journey from awareness to retention
Skilled with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM
Preferred
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
