Responsibilities
You love to create, but you won’t freak out when clients hate your ideas
You have boatloads of digital and social ideas that can actually sell something
You have an understanding of typography, photography, illustration and design
You love finding marketing solutions, regardless of channel or media
You have done this before. And have the book to prove it
You’ll contribute to client presentations and new business pitches and help secure new accounts by showcasing innovative thinking and creative ideas
You play well in the sandbox. Collaboration is the name of the game
You are comfortable using emerging AI tools to support concepting, visual exploration, and creative efficiency
Qualification
Required
Must have the ability to work in our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday/Wednesday) or more depending on shoot and project needs
Ability to travel independently to shoots and client meetings when needed
Master of creative tools (Adobe CS, Figma, Gen AI, etc.)
3-5 years of art direction, managing and contributing to creative ideas
A portfolio of work that showcases creativity and storytelling abilities
