Project Manager
TRIARC Tank, founded in 1933 and based in Dallas, Texas, is a leader in manufacturing steel pressure vessels and storage tanks for the energy and agricultural markets. They are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage projects, streamline order processing, and ensure timely delivery while focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain visibility of all open projects, ensuring accurate tracking of progress, milestones, and potential risks
Handle order entry as part of inside sales operations, including generating quotes, processing change orders, and aligning orders with production capabilities
Develop and maintain production schedules, record customer timelines, and communicate them effectively to production teams to guarantee on-time fulfillment
Lead end-to-end management of major projects from order placement to delivery, engaging key stakeholders such as customers, engineering, sales, and production to facilitate collaboration and achieve project goals
Address STT customer complaints, manage warranty claims, and foster positive relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
Compile, analyze, and prepare sales reports; support forecasting efforts and update Gemba boards to provide actionable insights for decision-making
Review, approve, and enter freight invoices, and shipping releases, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contracts, and alignment with company policies
Update customer schedules, review contractual terms and proposals, and coordinate delivery planning to meet expectations efficiently
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management, operations, or a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (D365 preferred); experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Asana is a plus
Analytical mindset for generating reports, forecasting, and identifying process improvements
Keen attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or related industry
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP principles)
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced team setting
Bilingual in Spanish and English
