Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to support their Service Department at Audi Fort Lauderdale. The role involves handling customer service calls, managing service reminders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound service calls
Contact customers regarding open recalls, service reminders, no-shows, and cancellations
Respond to service-related internet leads, emails, and missed calls
Route calls to the appropriate service advisor or department
Review dashboards for our AI platform and assist with follow-up activity
Check vehicles in and out to customers
Verify insurance and driver’s licenses
Review and explain loaner vehicle guidelines (fuel, tolls, etc.)
Remove and return loaner vehicles to the fleet following Audi Loaner Policy
Review service schedules, including cash and extended warranty services
Communicate with service advisors and update notes related to payment status

Required

High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with computers, CRMs, and multitasking
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment

Preferred

Previous customer service, call center, or automotive service experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
