Business Operations Intern
The City of Tacoma is seeking a Business Operations Intern to join their Power Shared Services team. This role involves supporting the Supervisory Advisory Team by organizing information, improving team collaboration, and enhancing workflows.

Responsibilities
Build and improve the SAT SharePoint site by helping design, organize, maintain, and update content so it stays clean, current, and easy to navigate
Support SAT’s day-to-day business operations by helping schedule meetings, assisting with note taking, and learning team processes to support symposiums, quarterly workshops, and other SAT priorities
Help level-up how the team manages work by supporting process improvements like task delegation, basic process automation, and project management workflows using tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OneNote
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of post-high school training
Depending on assignment, some positions may require a valid Washington State Driver's License
