Responsibilities

Lead new design initiatives aligned with sales targets, contributing to pipeline growth and increased bookings
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within your assigned territory
Educate prospective and current customers on the unique benefits of Molex’s products and services
Ensure comprehensive coverage of all established and potential accounts, leveraging distribution for broader reach
Build rapport with customer purchasing, engineering, and management personnel to secure and maintain a competitive advantage
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support sales activities and customer engagement
Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to Product Management
Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM records, including call reports and expense documentation

Qualification

Sales management experienceAerospace manufacturing experienceCRM platforms familiarityMarket analysis knowledgeNetworking skillsEffective communicationProblem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of five years of related sales and sales management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Effective presenter and communicator, able to respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Proficient in mathematical concepts including probability, statistics, geometry, and trigonometry
Skilled in problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions
Able to interpret complex technical instructions and manage multiple abstract and concrete variables
Competent in applying fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical business situations

Preferred

Experience working in the military or aerospace manufacturing industry
Familiarity with CRM platforms, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and New Business Opportunities (NBO) processes
Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex sales territories
Strong networking skills and established contacts within the target markets
Advanced knowledge of product lifecycle and market analysis
