Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, distributed systems (microservices, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Deep experience with the Dynatrace platform (APM, Observability)
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and root cause analysis abilities
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash
Experience with DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD
Deploying, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace agents, dashboards, alerts, and reports across diverse environments (cloud, on-premise, hybrid)
Analyzing metrics, logs, and traces to identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex applications
Developing automation scripts (e.g., Python, Shell) and integrating Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and other tools
Engineering event management rules, configuring monitoring frameworks, and ensuring efficient alerting for critical systems
Providing break/fix support, incident escalation, and performing scheduled maintenance (patches, upgrades) for the monitoring platform
Partnering with development, operations, and sales teams, providing technical guidance, and delivering demos
Qualification
