Responsibilities
Design, architect, and support enterprise network environments
Configure routers, switches, and network systems
Deploy and maintain Cisco and Palo Alto hardware
Rack & stack switches, servers, and structured cabling
Troubleshoot connectivity issues, cabling faults, switch/router access issues
Support Wi‑Fi systems and network connectivity (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki)
Work extensively within IDF/server rooms
Support and manage server infrastructure: vCenter, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Scale Computing
Qualification
Required
Intermediate Level / Expert Level Network Engineer with some design and architecture experience
PST‑based to align with operational needs
Design, architect, and support enterprise network environments
Configure routers, switches, and network systems
Deploy and maintain Cisco and Palo Alto hardware
Rack & stack switches, servers, and structured cabling
Troubleshoot connectivity issues, cabling faults, switch/router access issues
Support Wi‑Fi systems and network connectivity (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki)
Work extensively within IDF/server rooms
Support and manage server infrastructure: vCenter, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Scale Computing
Networking: Cisco, Aruba, Meraki Wi‑Fi
Firewalls: Palo Alto, Fortinet
Servers: vCenter, Windows Server, Hyper‑V, Scale Computing
Security: CrowdStrike
Device Management: Some Autopilot
Ticketing: Freshdesk
Preferred
CCNA or better Cisco Certification strongly preferred
Hands‑on experience deploying Cisco switches
Strong understanding of rack/stack, cabling, IDFs, and server rooms
Ability to design, deploy, and troubleshoot complex network environments
