Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) including:
Master Data, Functional Data, and Document Data
Warehouse structural elements such as warehouse process types, supply chain units, storage types and roles, storage sections, activity areas, work centers, staging areas, bins, and bin structures
Design EWM solutions by evaluating multiple functional approaches , clearly articulating trade-offs and recommendations
Provide hands-on contribution in solutioning and design , with examples of business problem resolution
Configure and support EWM Inbound, Outbound, and Internal Warehouse Processes
Work with EWM RF Framework for warehouse execution and shop-floor operations
Enable and optimize:
Warehouse Activity Monitoring
Batch and Serial Number management
Stock movements and internal transfers
Manage SCM/EWM integrations , including:
CIF integration
Delivery document integration
Configure and support SAP WM / SAP EWM integrations with 3PL systems
Handle inbound/outbound flows, Stock Transport Orders (STOs) , and cross-system master data alignment
Configure and manage warehouse processes for third-party logistics (3PL) providers
Define, document, and continuously improve warehouse and logistics workflows
Ensure seamless alignment between internal SAP systems and external 3PL platforms
Collaborate with business users, warehouse teams, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable EWM solutions
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and testing support
Support UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM module configuration
Deep knowledge of EWM Master Data, Functional Data, and Document Data
Deep knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, and Internal Warehouse Processes
Deep knowledge of EWM RF Framework and Warehouse Activity Monitoring
Experience with SCM/EWM Integration, CIF, and delivery document integration
Proven experience working with 3PL warehouse integrations
Solid understanding of warehouse structures and logistics execution
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design skills
Ability to communicate design options and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
