The IT Business Analyst, Sr Staff will assist the IT and Software Development teams by managing user issues, coordinating service outages, and providing recommendations to improve business processes.

Responsibilities
Manage users including account creation, profile generation, and training
Assist subject matter experts with workflow design and module implementation
Assist end users with report design/requirements and coordinate report implementation with software development team
Work with IT team to coordinate service outages including scheduling and communication with site leadership
Review and provide feedback on user requests, ranging from general questions to issue resolution to requested enhancements
Perform defect investigation and work with the software vendors for defect resolution
Provide recommendations to utilize Asset Suite and other software/applications to reduce business process inefficiencies
Develop site Change Management notifications for upcoming software patches, releases, and new process enhancements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience using the various Asset Suite modules or other software/applications
Demonstrated ability to explain module functions and provide user training
Experience in user management, batch job management, workflow development
Knowledge of Asset Suite and other software/application database structures to support requirements for development and troubleshooting
