Epic Principal Trainer
RADgov Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic certified Principal Trainer in Resolute HB & PB to lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of role-based training programs across their Epic ecosystem. The role involves designing training content, facilitating classroom instruction, and mentoring other trainers to ensure effective training delivery.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain role-based training content for Epic using Microsoft Office and other tools
Build comprehensive instructional materials and classroom exercises; maintain related policy and procedure documentation
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve training programs and administration processes
Learn new Epic content areas; consult with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
Assist with building, refreshing, and testing MST training environments; validate workflows and roles
Provide environmental support, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams
Co-facilitate classroom instruction with other trainers; assist learners during hands-on exercises
Prepare lessons, print materials, and set up rooms/environments prior to sessions
Present information clearly—both verbally and in writing—to diverse audiences
Follow up with trainees outside the classroom and offer additional support
Serve as an expert educator to state staff
Train-the-trainer: credential and coach additional classroom trainers as needed
Teach technical topics to staff and end users when required
Manage application assignments by prioritizing work, creating schedules, and adhering to timelines
Support curriculum and training development for third-party applications as needed
