Responsibilities
Assist with litigation file workload during the summer
Conduct legal research
Prepare summaries of pleadings, discovery responses, and deposition transcripts
Prepare summaries of medical records
Assist in preparation of pleadings and discovery demands and responses
Assist in preparation of discovery and dispositive motions
Edit documents
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school with at least 1 year completed as of May 2026
Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Outstanding writing and communication skills
Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and e-document management software
