The successful candidate will maintain and support customers’ servers, desktops, laptops, network infrastructure, and provide software and end-user support both onsite and remotely.

System Maintenance: Maintain networked computers (primarily Windows 11), including new installs, upgrades, and imaging
Server Administration: Assist with server administration (Windows Server 2019 & 2022), including Active Directory, group policies, backups, user management, scripting, and software deployment
User Support: Provide help desk support both onsite and remotely
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience managing Active Directory, including user accounts and group policies
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
Solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 11, Server 2019 & 2022)
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Preferred
Google IT Support Professional Certificate, A+ or MCP certification is a plus
