Responsibilities
Interfacing with customer architecture team and CTOs
Understand customer IT technology strategy / Roadmap and align Wipro POVs
Work with multiple Accounts to support opportunity qualification process
Assist in all phases of the sales and delivery process
Prepare technical solution to RFPs and RFIs
Direct presentations to prospective customers and partners using knowledge of Utility industry trends and standards
Develop product demonstrations, including specification, testing, and delivery
Drive the process of delivering high-quality product and architecture presentations and demonstrations
Demonstrate common product concepts (e.g. SAP, Oracle, GIS ) used in utility industry
Provide technical and product directions to the account team for resolution of issues and assist account teams in ensuring customer satisfaction
Travel to customer sites world wide
Lead the design and governance of distributed, transactional, and scalable digital architectures for enterprise programs
Develop end‑to‑end technical solutions and architectural blueprints for large, multi‑tier initiatives
Apply enterprise architecture methodologies including TOGAF or similar EA frameworks
Utilize EA tools such as LeanIX, MEGA, Software AG Alfabet, Orbus iServer , or equivalent to document and manage architecture assets
Capture and analyze as‑is enterprise models , identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
Lead and support Application Portfolio Rationalization efforts across business units
Provide full-stack architectural leadership , including UI/UX, services, middleware/integration, cloud platforms, security, and data
Guide and support cloud modernization and migration strategies
Partner with senior stakeholders, engineers, and delivery teams to translate business needs into architectural roadmaps and actionable technical solutions
Communicate architecture recommendations clearly to executives, technical teams, and business partners
Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering and architecture teams
Qualification
Required
15+ years of hands-on experience in technical architecture, including distributed and digital platforms
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.)
Experience with at least one major EA tool (LeanIX, MEGA, Alfabet, Orbus iServer, etc.)
Proven experience capturing and modeling enterprise landscapes
Demonstrated success in Application Portfolio Rationalization
Broad full-stack architectural expertise across: UI/UX, Services and microservices, Middleware and integration, Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), Security, Data architecture
Strong background in cloud migration and modernization initiatives
Ability to stitch together end-to-end architectural solutions for large-scale programs
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
