Responsibilities
Facilitates the financial planning and budgeting process by effectively partnering with and aligning key stakeholder functions
Aggregates and consolidates Divisional forecasts and budgets
Oversees the production of monthly financial and capital reporting, conducting financial reviews on a periodic basis
Provides proactive guidance on operational results and cash flow needs to Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Corporate Finance
Structures custom analyses that drive insight into Company operating and financial performance
Reengineers and streamlines existing processes, procedures and systems as needed to scale the business for growth
Leads and mentors junior members of the team
Qualification
Required
B.S. / B.A. degree with an emphasis on Real Estate, Economics and/or Finance
Work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with significant experience in the real estate industry
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
7 - 10 years
MBA / CPA a plus
multifamily background a plus
