Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Oversee the management and optimization of IT infrastructure, including cloud services
Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline processes
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability
Integrate security practices into the DevOps process to ensure secure software delivery
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of code changes
Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in a DevOps or systems engineering role
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python)
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in software development, system administration, and cloud services
Automation Tools: Experience with tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform
Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
