New Grad, Entry LevelTesla is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Specialist to work with the Infrastructure Work Environment team at their Gigafactory in Sparks, Nevada. The role involves supporting the design, planning, and execution of company infrastructure by managing document control processes and ensuring compliance with Tesla's document management system.

Responsibilities
Act as the central contact for document control, ensuring sub-contractors and suppliers comply with Tesla’s document management system
Process and review documents such as submittals, drawings, calculations, and engineering data while maintaining a compliant and organized document register
Create, manage, and facilitate the approval of project documents, ensuring all project correspondence is properly maintained
Provide training to new team members during onboarding and support Contracts and Procurement teams in document management tasks
Maintain weekly reports and logs to track open workflows, mail items, submittals, and other key documents
Collaborate with sub-contractors and suppliers during contract closeout to ensure all required documents are received before retention payments are released
Oversee document control resources for engineering and construction projects while adapting to additional support requests based on project need
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Engineering, Construction or equivalent experience
Advanced MS Excel skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Demonstrated problem solving ability in cross-functional environment
Innovative, open-minded, collaborative, and a team-oriented attitude
Preferred
Aconex experience strongly preferred
