Regional Sales Manager

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for developing client relationships, managing sales operations, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Manage regional sales operations
Achieve sales targets

Develop strategic sales plans
Deliver product presentations
Negotiate contracts
Collaborate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven sales and business development skills, including identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue goals
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting (Sales Force and Microsoft Office)
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region (Kansas & Missouri) as required
Must live in either MO or KS (No out of state applicants please)
Understanding of bus specifications (seating capacity, engine types, fuel systems) and safety regulations
Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and remotely
Preferred
Experience in transportation, automotive, or a related industry
