Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive B2B sales by identifying and qualifying high-value prospective partnerships, executing outbound strategies, and collaborating closely with Partnership Managers.

Responsibilities

Drive high-volume, multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, targeted email, and LinkedIn) to source net-new mid-market customers
Conduct deep-dive research into high-value promotional product distributors and enterprise accounts
You will qualify interest, confirm fit, and create urgency — then execute a clean, timely handoff to the Partnership Manager once buying intent and timeline are clear
Monitor real-time intent signals and act with extreme urgency
Work in lockstep with a pod of Partnership Managers to execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
Leverage AI and CRM data to identify trends in customer objections and market shifts

Required

2+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (E-commerce/CPG/DTC experience is a major plus)
A self-starter mentality with the resilience to handle the 'no's' and the drive to hit daily activity metrics
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you can write a cold email that people actually want to read
Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Hunter, or similar sales engagement platforms

Preferred

Experience in the promotional products, apparel, or DTC e-commerce industries
A competitive spirit (former athletes, high-achievers, or those with a 'win-as-a-team' mindset thrive here)
Familiarity with using AI-driven tools to enhance prospecting efficiency and personalization
Demonstrated ability to take a vague market overview and execute a firm, result-oriented strategy
