Receptionist
Peaks Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks to support the facility's operations.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility security and infection control protocols
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting spaces as needed
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support other departments with administrative tasks as requested
Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Compassionate and professional demeanor, especially when interacting with elderly residents and their families
Preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting
