They are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage client interactions, handle legal documentation, and prepare cases to support the legal team.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Meet with clients both in-person and over the phone, ensuring clear communication and providing a high level of customer care

Legal Documentation : Handle electronic filing with the Court, draft and file complaints, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents

Medical Record Management : Regularly gather, review, and update medical records, bills, and other relevant documents from medical providers and third-party processing sites

Case Preparation : Manage all aspects of case prep, including creating detailed Excel itemizations of medical bills and gathering vital case information (police reports, death certificates, EMS reports, etc.)

Scheduling : Coordinate mediation, depositions, hearings, and related legal proceedings while ensuring all documents are prepared for successful outcomes

Collaboration : Work closely with our legal team to ensure smooth case progression and support on litigation tasks

Required

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation within the Personal Injury space

Prior Medical Mal Practice experience

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Preferred

Familiarity with legal tech tools is a plus!
