Responsibilities
Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
Implement SW and manage risk during service delivery
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time
Responsible for service delivery execution
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs
Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services
Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections
Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans
Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies
Maintain the required safety training
Maintenance of equipment
Pressure test
Must be able to follow industry standard HSE protocols
General upkeep of Vehicle / Tools is mandatory
Well Testing
With minimal direction, analyze and determine causes associated with company equipment
Make Mechanical and electrical repairs, request needed parts, etc
Diagnose problems affecting the operation of production machinery
Determine whether problem is mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic in nature and decide best approach for making repairs
Obtain or request needed parts to complete repairs in the shortest time possible to eliminate extensive loss of production
Qualification
Required
Ability to travel internationally and follow rigorous safety and procedural guidelines from corporate and our customers
Field Specialist will provide hands-on technical supervision and operating support, installation, repair and maintenance of OneSubsea equipment and services
Preferred
2 years' experience repairing all types of surface valves, chokes, XT's and BOP's
Associate or Bachelor's degree in technical subject
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office applications
Solid Communication skills, customer relations
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department
Must be a US citizen/Valid Greencard holder and living in the country
The successful candidate will be working in a field-based role specifically supporting the maintenance of equipment and perform testing, valve rebuilding, service blow outs, preventors and install new components and willing to travel 3-4 weeks at a time
Will be required to fly with short term notice on the location
The role will be client facing and respectable grooming standards and business acumen will be required
