Reserv is a Series B Insurtech focused on developing AI and automation technology to improve insurance claims. As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring efficient hiring and strategic partnership with product and engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit high-quality candidates for Product, Engineering and Data Science roles
Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
Ensure efficient and fast scheduling, facilitate communication among all parties, and ensure hiring is within budget
Providing strategic partnership to hiring managers, giving market insights, assisting with decision making and driving urgency
Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure it is the single source of truth for tracking
Create reports on the recruiting process to provide clear insight into the hiring pipeline and actionable insights to improve the pipeline
Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment and talent acquisition best practices

Required

3+ years of experience as a full life-cycle Technical Recruiter
Experience Recruiting for Python, Docker, Ruby, React highly advantageous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and recruitment skills, with experience using various sourcing techniques
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and move at high speed
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
