Responsibilities
Define and communicate product and UX vision, strategy, and goals at the organizational level
Lead and develop product and UX leadership talent across multiple teams
Partner with engineering, design, and executive leadership to drive execution and delivery
Oversee prioritization and portfolio management to maximize business impact and customer satisfaction
Establish a strong product and UX culture focused on customer value, research-driven decisions, and measurable outcomes
Ensure cross-functional alignment between product, design, and engineering strategies
Represent product and UX strategy at the executive level
Shape investment priorities and influence company strategy
Champion scalable product and UX processes, frameworks, and governance
Drive alignment between product experience vision and long-term platform or product ecosystem goals
Contribute to organizational planning, investment decisions, and experience innovation

Required
10+ years of product management and UX leadership experience with significant organizational responsibility
Proven ability to lead and scale product and UX strategy across multiple domains or platforms
Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
Experience building and scaling multidisciplinary product and design organizations
Preferred
Experience in enterprise or platform product strategy
Track record of driving significant revenue or customer growth through product and experience innovation
