Perform Help Desk duties for campus community including recording service calls, maintenance activities, user support, equipment inventory, and trouble reports
Assist in the preparation, installation, and maintenance of technology resources including computers, printers, projectors, network components, wiring, etc for campus labs, faculty, and staff equipment
Other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in related field of study from a regionally accredited academic institution
High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable full time (35+ hours per week), paid experience
Preferred
Working in an IT support role/setting
