Senior LevelTential Solutions is seeking a highly technical and versatile Senior Analytics Engineer to join their data team. This role focuses on designing, building, and managing large-scale data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights, requiring expertise in Power BI and advanced scripting capabilities in Python and PySpark.

Responsibilities
Data Modeling & Visualization: Architect and maintain complex, scalable data models in Power BI. Create sophisticated visualizations that distill complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights
Pipeline Development: Develop and optimize robust data processing scripts using Python and PySpark to handle large-scale data ingestion and transformation
Big Data Architecture: Design and manage end-to-end data solutions leveraging Apache Spark, Data Lakes, and Azure Synapse
System Design: Apply rigorous system design principles to ensure data architectures are performant, reliable, and scalable for enterprise-level demands
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements. Present detailed technical designs and data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Exceptional Power BI data modeling and complex visualization skills
Advanced Python scripting; proficiency in PySpark for big data processing
Deep knowledge of Azure Services (specifically ADLS and Azure Synapse)
Proven experience with Apache Spark, Data Lakes, and big data workflows
Solid understanding of system design principles
Effective verbal and written skills are essential for collaborating with teams and presenting designs
Minimum of a High School Diploma (HS Diploma)
Demonstrated track record of managing Power BI for large-scale enterprise data solutions
