Leads desktop related hardware/software implementation

Recommends technological solutions for management review
Prioritizes work
Resolves the advanced technical hardware/software and connectivity issues
Provides an advanced level of support
Qualification
Required
Advanced level information technology (IT) support experience
Experience in installing, maintaining, and administering IT resources
Experience in leading desktop related hardware/software implementation
Experience in systems management
Ability to analyze business impact and exposure based on emerging security vulnerabilities
Ability to recommend technological solutions for management review
Ability to prioritize work and resolve advanced technical hardware/software and connectivity issues
Ability to provide advanced level of support
Willingness to travel up to 5% throughout California
Ability to perform duties in the Client Services and Software Engineering domains
