Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Private Wealth Advisor’s practice to ensure execution of the sales and service goals
Provide subject matter expertise in various areas to offer solutions to complex client matters
Provide oversight of the Client Service Associates (CSA) and other practice support staff to anticipate, facilitate, and advance client servicing, prospecting, and sales efforts for the practice(s) they support
Drive exceptional client, prospect, and COI experiences while proactively strengthening relationships and supporting retention and growth
Establish efficient operating norms for the practice, execute the team’s value proposition, and collaborate closely with the Private Wealth Advisor and Marketing to build and implement business plans that expand the target market and increase share of wallet
Ensure strong internal communication, lead routine business health and pipeline meetings, and identify opportunities to enhance processes and alignment across the team

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Series 65 must be obtained within 60 days of hire date
Outstanding professional experience and industry knowledge
Strong sales and service acumen
Results oriented, working successfully as an individual and part of a team
Credible and influential, instilling trust through self-confident interactions
In-depth financial and business acumen
Agile and entrepreneurial, able to anticipate and deliver on the needs of a sophisticated, fast-paced business
Ability to simultaneously balance a wide range of projects
Collaborative, partnering seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders
