Responsibilities
Designs, develops, configures, and maintains ServiceNow applications supporting USPS enterprise service management, reliability, and maintenance operations
Ensures compliance with USPS governance, NIST controls, and audit requirements
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, and integrations
Implement role-based access control and least-privilege security
Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
Support reliability metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with MTSC stakeholders
Support change management, releases, upgrades, and regression testing
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Hold with the ability to pass and obtain a Public Trust clearance
3-7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and asset-related data
Experience working in audit-driven or regulated environments
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ITIL Foundation or Agile/Scrum certification
Security+ or equivalent security fundamentals
