The Quality Contract Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting compliance with contractual, regulatory, and project management requirements to prevent noncompliance events.

Responsibilities
Participate in the preparation of the Project Quality Management System documents
Maintain, organize, and verify project compliance documentation and quality records to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and internal procedures
Develop and maintain compliance verification for the different project management plans
Participate in and coordinate verification actions for noncompliance events associated to the Contract and management plans
Compile comprehensive reports detailing quality performance, highlighting trends, and suggesting corrective actions and lessons learned
Collaborate in the digitalization of quality records
Conduct training activities on the quality management system for the project team
Participate in audits carried out on the Project Quality Management System
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
3+ years of related quality experience as it relates to contract compliance, document control, project administration, or quality management systems
Strong understanding of contract requirements and management plans
Ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner through written and verbal communications
Ability to use appropriate computer programs (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite)
Proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt and learn as programs and processes change
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
Ability to work as a team member and exert initiative to work independently to reach a goal
Ability to embrace change in the workplace while encouraging others to seek innovative approaches
Ability to function effectively as a team player and collaborator
Ability to work a flexible work schedule, additional and/or different hours, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Ability to interpret contractual language and translate requirements into tracking and reporting tools
Preferred
ISO 9001 IRCA Certification
Proficiency with document management systems and reporting tools
Experience in the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard on Quality Management System
Experience working with Design-Build projects and/or the construction industry
