Responsibilities

Develop detailed and accurate construction cost estimates
Prepare and review bids, proposals, and contracts
Manage project schedules, timelines, and resources
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Utilize construction management and scheduling software (ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or similar tools)
Oversee site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
Assist with contract negotiations and ensure contractual obligations are met
Promote and enforce job-site safety policies

Required

Proven experience in construction estimating and/or project management
Experience managing construction projects from bidding through completion
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction documentation
Understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred

Experience in commercial or industrial construction
Familiarity with masonry or structural construction projects
Experience using ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or similar platforms
