Responsibilities
Lead a team of 12 and a growing operations to drive performance and development
Manage daily operations and serve as the primary problem solver for escalations
Own CHAMP compliance and rate filings for CHAMP, DOS Tender, and ITGBL
Partner directly with the EVP and influence division strategy
Oversee vendor negotiations, international freight workflows, and financial accuracy
Travel to Washington DC several times per year to support customer engagement and sales
Work with both domestic and international shipments and accounts
Qualification
Required
5+ years in transportation, logistics, or international and domestic moving
Experience with GSA programs; CHAMP required
Strong leadership and people development skills
Solid understanding of international, customs rules, and documentation
