Responsibilities

Apply data science and advanced analytics techniques to solve business and client problems across JLL’s global platform
Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Support the execution of innovation and analytics projects, helping manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Translate business questions into analytical approaches and clearly communicate results back to non-technical audiences
Partner with stakeholders across regions and business lines to understand needs, gather requirements, and move initiatives forward
Blend technical work with operational support, ensuring projects are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals
Contribute to the development of data products, dashboards, models, and proof-of-concepts
Create compelling visualizations and presentations to tell clear, impactful data stories
Support experimentation with new tools, techniques, and technologies, including AI-enabled approaches
Collaborate closely with teammates to continuously improve how the team delivers value to the business

Required

Bachelor's degree required; background in data science, analytics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field preferred
2–5 years of professional experience in data science, data analysis, analytics, consulting, or a similar role
Strong analytical skillset with experience working with data to generate insights and recommendations
Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical languages
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
Exposure to project management or coordinating work across multiple stakeholders
Ability to balance technical depth with operational execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Creative, curious, and quick to learn, with openness to new tools, methods, and ideas
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience working in or supporting large, complex organizations
Exposure to real estate, financial services, or other data-intensive industries
Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern data stacks, or AI/ML concepts
Interest in innovation, experimentation, and emerging technologies
