Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems
Oversee and manage all documentation, controlled procedures, risk registers, and required ISO records
Plan and execute internal audits; train, mentor, and guide internal auditors
Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), verify effectiveness, and ensure timely closure
Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and certification bodies
Drive audit readiness for Stage 1, Stage 2, and ongoing surveillance audits
Provide ISO and QMS training to teams and promote a culture of quality, environmental stewardship, and workplace safety

Qualification

ISO 9001 certificationISO 14001 certificationISO 45001 certificationLead Auditor certificationInternal Auditor certificationPDCA understandingCAPA managementDigital QMS toolsRisk-based thinkingCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsCollaboration skills

Required

7+ years of hands‑on ISO management system experience
Proven history of leading successful ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification cycles
Lead Auditor and/or Internal Auditor certification strongly preferred
Strong understanding of PDCA, risk‑based thinking, CAPA, and management review processes
Excellent communication, organization, and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience in semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, or technical environments
Experience building or managing integrated, multi‑standard management systems (e.g., Quality + Environmental + Safety)
Familiarity with digital QMS tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or PLM/QMS platforms
