Account Manager
THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a growing client in their search for a skilled Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of large enterprise clients. This role focuses on relationship management, opportunity development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a high level of service and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day communication and ongoing business needs
Maintain ownership of a portfolio of established enterprise customers with multiple locations
Identify, develop, and support expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Partner with internal sales leadership to meet revenue objectives and support account growth strategies
Create, manage, and track opportunities, proposals, and client activity within CRM and internal systems
Coordinate customer account onboarding, contracts, order processing, and client-related documentation
Prepare and share periodic client updates, reporting, and performance summaries
Support client meetings, RFP responses, and change requests as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or associate degree required - or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer-facing B2B roles
Experience supporting large or multi-location client accounts; enterprise and national accounts
Solutions- or service-based selling background
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across teams and with clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems experience
