Exential, a subsidiary of Exyte Group, is seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Inspector. This role focuses on inspections of installed or partially installed process piping systems and ensures compliance with the site/project quality assurance program.

Responsibilities

Conducts and coordinates all activities required to successfully provide quality assurance for an individual project
Attends coordination meetings with clients and project kick-off meetings
Coordinates with TFS estimating team on bid reviews
Performs project status reporting and customer relationship development
Performs material inspections
Performs weld inspections
Performs installation inspections
Conformance / non-conformance reporting
Performs hydrostatic pressure tests
Performs pneumatic pressure tests
Performs inboard helium leak detection
Performs outboard helium leak detection
Performs particle sampling analysis
Performs trace moisture and oxygen analysis
Documents and archives per published Exential procedures
Performs Borescope video inspections
Creates Safety Observation Reports
Other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
6+ years of experience
Field quality inspection experience required
American Society for Non-destructive Testing (ASNT) Level II required
Must have had experience on construction sites

Preferred

Piping quality experience on semiconductor and pharmaceutical facility construction projects preferred
Certified Welding Inspector a plus
Experience in construction, process equipment or piping industries
